These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between cucutoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the cucutoto website located at https://cucutoto.cam and its associated subdomains or mobile-optimised interfaces.

cucutoto operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players primarily located in Malaysia. Our services include, but are not limited to, real-money slot games, live dealer casino tables, sportsbook betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC and other sporting events, and instant-win game formats.

By creating an account, making deposit, or placing any wager on the cucutoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue access to the platform immediately.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — The cucutoto website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at https://cucutoto.cam.
• "Account" — A registered user profile created by an individual for the purpose of accessing the Platform's services.
• "Balance" — The total amount of real money held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits awarded by cucutoto that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process requiring identity and address documentation to be submitted and approved prior to certain account actions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — A multiplier applied to a bonus amount specifying how many times that amount must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported by the Platform for deposits and withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — Any country or territory from which access to online gambling is legally restricted or prohibited.
• "Fair Use" — Normal, legitimate use of the Platform in good faith for the purposes of personal entertainment.

To register and maintain an account on cucutoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. cucutoto does not permit access to its platform by minors under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local law, or where there is no specific prohibition in force.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapable or who are acting under the influence of substances that impair judgment are not eligible to use the Platform.
4. You are not a current employee, director, or contractor of cucutoto or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You have not previously had an account on the Platform that was suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each eligible individual may register one account only on the cucutoto platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, regardless of the email address, device, payment method, or IP address used, constitute a breach of these terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (including city — for example, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Penang, Johor Bahru, or Shah Alam), and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. cucutoto will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

You must notify cucutoto immediately via[email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

cucutoto accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels, among others:

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet held in your own name. cucutoto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the account reviewed for compliance.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Please refer to the deposit section of your account dashboard for current limits applicable to your chosen payment channel.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment account held in the same name as the registered cucutoto account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, anonymous wallets, or accounts held under a different name are not permitted.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will be required to do so before any withdrawal is processed. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport) and a recent proof of address.

Indicative withdrawal processing times by method are as follows:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes in normal operating conditions.
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15 minutes to 1 hour.

cucutoto reserves the right to delay or withold a withdrawal if the account is subject to an ongoing security review, if KYC requirements have not been satisfied, or if the withdrawal is in breach of bonus wagering conditions that remain unsatisfied.

cucutoto offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and reload promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published at the time the offer is made available.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses offered on the Platform:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. cucutoto reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and will be ringfenced accordingly in your account balance display.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of bonus-derived winings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per offer.
4. Bonuses may not be claimed in conjunction with other active promotions unless explicitly stated.
5. cucutoto reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, remove bonus funds, or void associated winings if it reasonably suspects that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through abuse of multiple accounts, or through collusion.

All bets placed on the cucutoto platform are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet selections before confirming. cucutoto will not accept responsibility for bets placed in error where the player had opportunity to review the selection prior to confirmation.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or a manifest error in odds pricing, cucutoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account. Where manifest odds error occurs — for example, where Liga Super Malaysia match odds are published at materially incorrect prices — affected wagers will be settled at the correct prevailing odds or voided at the platform's discretion.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. cucutoto reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on accounts that it determines, in its sole discretion, to pose an unusual risk profile.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cucutoto platform. Breach of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Accessing the Platform using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or bonus acquisition.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or unfairly exploit platform mechanics.
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent identification or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose, including cycling deposits and withdrawals without legitimate gaming activity.
• Attempting to exploit identified or unidentified software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate illegitimate profit.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

All content on the cucutoto platform — including but not limited to the cucutoto brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, software, game integrations, written content, and graphic assets — is the proprietary intellectual property of cucutoto or its licensed third-party content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from cucutoto.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the cucutoto Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

cucutoto processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation for the purposes of account administration, regulatory compliance, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

cucutoto is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and take our obligations in this area seriously.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cucutoto shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account, data, or transmissions.
• Any technical failure, system outage, or interruption of service, including during live betting or active game sessions.
• Any act or omission of a third-party game studio, payment processor, or data network provider.

cucutoto's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

cucutoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.
• The account holder is in a prohibited jurisdiction.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any genuine real money balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded via the player's last-used verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.

cucutoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via their registered email address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with procedures to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights where applicable under Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.
